A Primer on Math Word Problems (Yo! Git ready for the SAT.):
Question: Train A and Train B leave the same station as the same time, heading in opposite directions. Train A has ten cars, is traveling 80 mph on flat ground, and is carrying 213 average-weight passengers. Train B has eight cars, is traveling 91 mph on upwardly-inclined ground (5.2% grade), and is carrying 158 lighter-than-average-weight passengers. Which train will travel 100 miles first?
Answer: Who cares? I’m not on either train.
